How long will it take you to respond to my email?

We usually respond to all emails in less than 24hrs of receiving it. We will respond on the first business day for emails received over the weekend. As we are close Saturday & Sunday. This could also vary depending on holidays and seasonal schedules. You can also contact our customer service directly at (626)453-0337.

Is there a limit as to how many products I can purchase?

We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased. We usually accept all large orders. However if for some reason the order seems too large or may have been submitted by accident, we will notify you to cancel the order or to let you know we’re out of stock.

What type of payment do you guys accept?

We accept all Major Credit Cards, Bitcoin and PayPal payments through our website. Your order will be shipped out when Credit Card or PayPal e-check payments have been cleared.  If your Credit Card does not approve the charge, your order will be cancelled. We do not accept personal or business checks. If you're purchasing from our location we do accept Cash, Certified Money Orders or Cashier’s checks (Only if purchasing at our location or doing a pickup).

Will everything I ordered be shipped together?

Items ordered together may be shipped out separately depending on size of order.
